Best heavy calf exercise I’ve ever done. Load up the weight, stand on a stable wedge or platform for deep stretch. It’s so good. Of all my accessories this is my new favorite.

Amazing product. So simple but so effective. Been looking for a way to work calves from standing position with heavy weight. Feel safe and secure with barbell on shoulders throughout lift.

I had a longer review written, but lost it when I tabbed out for a minute, so here's the short version.

Anyways, just want to say thanks to Matt for helping me get all sorted out with the correct spacers and making sure the whole ordering process was smooth from start to finish.

If you have a 2x3 or 3x2 rack, definitely get the 3D printed spacers also, they make the whole setup much more stable.

Heavy duty steel, these things are beefy!!!! In my photos they are little dusty just from where I have them stored.

They look and work great. My only complaint is that barbell knurling can cause the HDPE insert to wear out. I rectified this by putting UHMW tape around the part of the knurling that contacts the U-cup.

Got these for calf’s but also use them for bench press and shoulder press range of motion work (bottom,middle,top of movements) and they are awesome , if they ever extend the working rage of these I’ll be 1st in line ( million dollar idea, your welcome) but seriously these are 100% a value buy for the money,, calf’s are starting to get the proper stress they need Sincerely Danny

So glad I found these guys. U cups arrived today. Finally a great solution to doing calf raises in my home squat rack. No more wasted energy trying to balance or failed attempts to rig up something to keep the bar in place hands-free. Very stable. Prior to this, I was on the verge of biting the bullet and wasting space for a dedicated calf raise machine because nothing else seemed comparable. Also the team was helpful directing me to the adapters to make my 2x3” rack uprights compatible. I’m pleased with this product so far, works as well as I had hoped.

I have used these 3 times since I got them a week and a half ago, and am already in love with them. The added stability when lifting heavy is a total game changer, as I can challenge my calves with way more weight than before. Before getting these, I could never perform heavy barbell calf lifts on a wedge without fear that I'd lose my balance when trying to go close to failure. Not any more!

I have loaded over 350 lbs on these and they are very sturdy, which gives me total confidence in doing full range of motion barbell calf raises, with 100% safety. I can now go to failure, which is critical for calves. The U-Cups are HEAVY duty but still compact, saving me precious space in my garage. I ordered the 3x3 size and am using the 2x2 adapter, which work perfectly. I'm glad I took the gamble and bought these, they are the exact solution I was looking for.

IF ANY GYM DOES NOT HAVE THIS IT IS NOT COMPLETE. IT IS PERFECT. 100% QUALITY PRODUCT. THERE IS NOTHING TO BE IMPROVED ABOUT IT.AND IT IS NOT JUST FOR CALVES TRAINING.BARBELL STORAGE, HOLD TO SET UP A LOAD. SAFER THAN ANY J-CUP.

I'm 6'1 and this works great with my Titan x3 flat foot short and homemade calf block. So much better than using sandwich j cups or trying to balance, and I can finally get full range of motion! If you're 6'4 or taller than you will need a taller rack or have to bend your knees some because the x3 flat foot short doesn't have any higher up holes to use.

Tip - these are buttery smooth if you use them with a bar with no knurling towards the end, like the Rep Fitness PowerSpeed Bar.

Since getting my U-cups I’m able to successfully perform calf raises with heavy weight and not sacrifice form. Has the same feel as using a smith machine. This is an excellent home gym rack attachment. It's well worth the money!!

Finally I can do standing calf raises in my power rack. Don’t have room for a full calf machine.
