Fantastic for calf raises

Best heavy calf exercise I’ve ever done. Load up the weight, stand on a stable wedge or platform for deep stretch. It’s so good. Of all my accessories this is my new favorite.

BOOM! 🔥🔥 Thank you so much for your words and photos, Todd! Truly appreciate your support! 🙏 Drop sets with 495/405/315/225/135 are brutal.

Amazing product. So simple but so effective. Been looking for a way to work calves from standing position with heavy weight. Feel safe and secure with barbell on shoulders throughout lift.

Amazing product, definitely worth it for heavy calf raises

These things are awesome. Let you work on heavy calf raises with stability and safety.

I had a longer review written, but lost it when I tabbed out for a minute, so here's the short version.

Anyways, just want to say thanks to Matt for helping me get all sorted out with the correct spacers and making sure the whole ordering process was smooth from start to finish.

If you have a 2x3 or 3x2 rack, definitely get the 3D printed spacers also, they make the whole setup much more stable.

Heavy duty steel, these things are beefy!!!! In my photos they are little dusty just from where I have them stored.

Awesome, E.S., and my pleasure! Big thanks for your review and photos -- dig that wall art!

Great Product Just takes Getting used to.

This is an ingenious product. However, it does take some getting used to with angles etc to get a good hold especially with heavier weight when working your calves. Otherwise GREAT for home gyms!

Thank you for your review, Pat! Yes, it does take a few sesstions to get the height and your foot positioning just right. But once you do, it's butter, especially with heavy loads. Explaining proper setup has been one of our primary challenges. We plan on redoing this video soon: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a3pc5OwR8YI

They look and work great. My only complaint is that barbell knurling can cause the HDPE insert to wear out. I rectified this by putting UHMW tape around the part of the knurling that contacts the U-cup.

Really appreciate your review, Frederick. That tape is a great workaround. We've been using a medium knurl Rogue Ohio bar for 2 years and haven't noticed any wearing beyond scuff marks. However, we recently tested using a Titan bar with aggressive knurling and did see plastic shavings. Our manufacturer is currently producing UHMW pads for us (search for UHMW on our site). As soon as they arrive, we'll send you a replacement set on the house as a token of gratitude for your review! Thanks again.
