Fantastic for calf raises

Best heavy calf exercise I’ve ever done. Load up the weight, stand on a stable wedge or platform for deep stretch. It’s so good. Of all my accessories this is my new favorite.

Best way to do standing calf raises without a dedicated machine. Only wish they had a hole in the back to lock them in place with magnetic pins & keep them from swinging

Thanks for your review, Erik! Also appreciate the feedback on the mag pins. We're currently working on a pin with a strong magnet at the tip to plug in from behind that will hold the U-cup in place. In the meantime, I'd like to share the way I solved the issue without a pin.

The reason they're rotating is because the barbell is making too much contact on the plastic pads during your sets. This often happens as a result of leaning into either the front or rear bracket depending to where your feet are positioned. I recommend positioning the balls of your feet directly under the ballbell, so that when you push up, your barbell won't rub against the plastic. Instead it will only 'tap' against the pads here and there during your reps. Bottom line, finding the right floot placement will solve the rotation issue.
