  1. Returns Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any damage or signs of wear.
    • The return request must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery. Beyond this period, returns may not be accepted.
    • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all return requests.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

    • U4C Fitness products that have been personalized or customized in any way.
    • Opened or used items.
    • Products that have been damaged or modified by the customer.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Contact our customer service team at SUPPORT@U4CFITNESS.COM or through our website to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the fitness equipment, including all original accessories and packaging materials.
    • Clearly label the package with the RMA number and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  4. Inspection and Refunds:

    • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
    • If the product is approved for a return, we will process the refund to the original payment method or re-ship a new replacement item within 7 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

  5. Refund Amount:

    • The refund amount will exclude any original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
    • In cases where a promotional discount or coupon was applied to the original purchase, the refund will reflect the amount paid after the discount.
    • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns not resulting from a product defect..
       
  6. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at support@u4cfitness.com immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including return shipping costs.
