U-Cups®

These u-cups work perfectly. They easily snap on and off the 2x2” posts on my squat rack in seconds. I can perform the full range of deep stretch platform calf raises with room to spare.
They are heavy duty and completely safe.

I was looking for a way to do calf raises at home without having to do one leg at a time. Seated calf raises don’t cause as much hypertrophy and without something like this using a barbell isn’t safe. I also got the calf curve which is far superior to the 2x4s I was using. Great stretch, very stable even under heavy loads. Now, my entire calf workout is a barbell myorep which I can safely knock out in a few minutes. The only S-tier alternative is a dedicated standing calf raise machine which is far more expensive and takes up more space. Buy these and you’ll be happy you did.

I built a home gym during the pandemic. I bought the equipments I needed to make my muscle grow. I did sitted calves raises. But it wasn’t enough. Enough is enough, I found you guys online and I stared at the screen for days. I grew some balls and purchase the U-Cups. Weeeepa, I should done it long time ago. Great idea, heavy iron and worth the money. Yes, my calves have grown more.

Anyone who’s ever tried to do standing barbell calf raises in a rack already understands the benefits of these cups. That said, I haven’t done barbell shoulder presses in years because of stability issues. I gave them a shot with the u-cups and it’s the closest thing to a smith machine without getting an actual smith machine. I was able to shoulder press without worrying about my shoulders giving out. Also, these things have that Rogue overbuilt quality. They are surprisingly heavy and thick. Satisfied customer.

These Ucups combined with the calf curve is the perfect calf raise set up for those with a power rack. I have a rep fitness PR 5000 Ares 1.0 power rack with 3x3 1 inch holes and this fits perfectly. This helps avoid getting a dedicated calf raise machine. Highly recommend.
