The Calf Curve™ is the best block for deficit calf raises, period.

With a diameter of just under 4" and a length of 24", you will feel an amazing difference versus standard square, ramp or wedge style calf blocks.

The curve gives your foot arches the best support while in the deficit position of a calf raise.

We wrapped it with medium-grit grip tape that will prevent your feet from sliding out of their starting position through the entire range of motion, as well as not shred your fingers when you move it.

Amazing stretch!

With the stretch this provides, I had to go down in weight a little. I felt it more in my entire calf. Pairs great with the UCups.
