"The Calf Curve™ is the best calf raise block out there for full range of motion calf exercises."


Yes, calf blocks aren't complicated... DIYing takes a few bucks and about an hour (if that). But, some designs offer a better experience and more calf activation than others.

After trying 2x4s, 45 lb plates, square-style blocks, wedges & ramps, they all had issues in common, like limited range of motion and foot slippage during the stretch. We decided to DIY our own block using 2 pieces of wood, a 4" PVC pipe, and grip tape. The round design felt a lot better... until the PVC cracked during a heavy set. So we drew up what is now our Calf Curve™, tested and refined the prototype, drove a GMC AT4 truck across it to confirm it won't fail, filed the design patent, and are now proud to release it!

Key points:

✅ The 4.5" height will allow your calves to stretch into deep deficit for full range of motion calf raises.
✅ The 3.8" diameter curved design supports your foot arches while your calves are in a deficit stretch.
✅ The grip wrapped around it will keep your feet in their starting position throughout your sets.
✅ The curve also lets your toes 'angle downward' at the top of each rep for peak calf flexion.
✅ 24" in length to support various foot stances in your calf programming.
✅ Has cutouts for easy pick up.

Absolutely amazing product highly recommend. Well constructed and made in America 🇺🇸. What makes it great and sets it aside from other calf blocks on the market is that this one CURVES giving you maximum calf muscle contraction. The grip tape also prevents slippage and maintains your balance. You want to slab muscle mass on your calfs this is a must have fitness tool.

This has to be the most well-designed calf block EVER. I'm not joking. The curve is brilliant, and the added grip tape makes your calf lifts much more effective. The curve and the grip allow you to go really deep and get that stretch, even with weights, and not worry about slipping off, which I can tell you from experience, always happens with square/rectangular blocks with 90 degree edges. I was skeptical at first because they were out of stock, but I emailed them and they responded right away. Trust me, if you're on the fence, you will not regret buying this. It will be the last calf block you will ever need to buy.

Great Product!!!

This thing is awesome! While we have the ability to use it with a functional trainer or Mammoth belt squat, we mostly use it on a Speediance Gym Monster. It fits the platform perfectly! This thing is very beefy, just what you want to get a deep decline stretch to work those calves. Great design guys, we couldn't be happier!

Great calf block

The block is very well designed. It is quite stable doing heavy raises in a Smith machine. Curvature feels great and surface has excellent friction. Excellent addition to my home gym!
