Fantastic for calf raises

Best heavy calf exercise I’ve ever done. Load up the weight, stand on a stable wedge or platform for deep stretch. It’s so good. Of all my accessories this is my new favorite.

BOOM! 🔥🔥 Thank you so much for your words and photos, Todd! Truly appreciate your support! 🙏 Drop sets with 495/405/315/225/135 are brutal.

Home Gym Gold

These paired with the calf block are the best way to hit your calves at home, and the best part is they don’t take up space like a dedicated calf machine does.

Thank you so much for the kind words and feedback, Barrett! 🙌 We're starting to think they may be a good (at least as an option) in commercial gyms too! 🔥

Solid and Practical Addition to Home Gym

I recently started using the Ucups for standing calf raises, and they’ve been excellent. They’re stable, well-made, and let me train both legs at the same time with proper weight. That’s a big improvement over my old setup, where I had to do one leg at a time while holding a dumbbell or kettlebell in one hand and trying to balance with the other.

Overall, a very practical and efficient tool. Glad I added them to my setup.

Awesome! Thanks so much for adding those photos. They look great on your REP Ares rack! Appreciate you taking the time to share feedback. All the best with your calf training! 🙌💪

Revolutionary

Best way to do standing calf raises without a dedicated machine. Only wish they had a hole in the back to lock them in place with magnetic pins & keep them from swinging

Thanks for your review, Erik! Also appreciate the feedback on the mag pins. We're currently working on a pin with a strong magnet at the tip to plug in from behind that will hold the U-cup in place. In the meantime, I'd like to share the way I solved the issue without a pin.

The reason they're rotating is because the barbell is making too much contact on the plastic pads during your sets. This often happens as a result of leaning into either the front or rear bracket depending to where your feet are positioned. I recommend positioning the balls of your feet directly under the ballbell, so that when you push up, your barbell won't rub against the plastic. Instead it will only 'tap' against the pads here and there during your reps. Bottom line, finding the right floot placement will solve the rotation issue. Email me at general@u4cfitness.com if you still find it happening, and I'll record a video demonstrating. Thanks again!

Best tool for Calf muscle development

I opened the box. 😊
Wow! Amazing. I tried it right away with my son. This is the most intelligent solution which can replace calf machine altogether. A very solid object worth spending money on.

Thanks so much for that kind review! Best to you and your son! 🙌
