The ultimate solution for barbell standing calf raises.

Stay focused on your calves

U-Cups® were designed to prevent tipping backward while doing standing barbell calf raises. The U-shaped chamber contains the barbell which allows you to focus 100% on your mind-muscle connection until failure.

Build calf muscle faster

Research shows free-weight exercises require greater muscle fiber recruitment to stabilize the load. Rated at 1000 lbs, U-Cups® will challenge your calves more than any machine can.

Save space in your home gym

Dedicated standing calf machines and Smith machines can take up valuable floor space in your gym. U-Cups® let you save that space (and money) by utilizing your existing rack and barbell.

Compatible with most racks and barbells

U-Cups® are designed to fit common sized rack posts with 1" or 5/8" pin holes. The "U chamber” is 35mm deep, supporting most barbell diameters, and is 11" in height to allow safe, full range of motion calf raises.

Maximum range of motion

The Calf Curve® was created to increase calf muscle activation. It allows you to get into a deep deficit stretch (for gastrocnemius activation), as well as hit peak flexion without bending your toes (for soleus activation), in your preferred foot stance.

Ergonomic curved design

The height and diameter provide more contact surface through the entire rep range compared to traditional square blocks, wedges or ramps. The curve will support your arches while the grip keeps your feet locked in their starting position throughout your set.

Easy to use and will last a lifetime

The Calf Curve® is made in the USA from 3/16" plate steel and has over 2000 LBS of weight capacity. The cutouts allow easy handling. Its six 'feet' give solid floor purchase and allow upright storage. Compatible with U-Cups®, smith machines, belt-squat platforms, barbell trolleys, dumbbells, resistance bands, and other equipment you might use.
