I was dreaming about this calf raise block for months - and wow, was I right! This is the best calf block ever developed. I love how challenging it is to maintain balance, and you can get an excellent muscle load even without any weight.

Easy storage was a pleasant bonus, as it stands upright on its own.

I also ordered U-caps for my rack to take the exercise to the next level.

Now the only problem I have is that the calf blocks in commercial gyms just don’t compare. I really wish manufacturers would implement this design in their equipment.

I use the calf block with the U-Cups. They work wonderfully together and I’ve never felt safer calf raising with a barbell and my calves are toast after 5 sets with this setup. I can recommend enough. Both the block and the U-Cups are extremely well made and will be part of my leg days.

Not gonna lie, I was pretty skeptical of this thing. But it has a much smaller footprint than other calf raise blocks I was looking at so I pulled the trigger. There is literally zero slippage and you get the speech that you need. Totally worth it.

Finally someone got it right. I have been training for over forty years and none of the manufacturers of calf training machines ever cared to address the problem of slipping from the calf block. The area that contacts the feet cannot have a 90 degree edge. One always has to reset the feet in the middle of a set. The diameter of the Calf Curve is perfect. No more resetting the feet. In addition, the build quality is excellent!

This Calf Block is substantial in weight and well made. The edges are smooth and my resistance bands slide easily underneath. The height allows for a deep drop of the heels which increases the ability to contract the calf muscles fully. I like how my toes are rounded over the edge for a deeper contraction. I have heavy thick rubber mats on my workout floor and the block does not slip at all. Nothing I have used in the past compares with the Calf Block. If you want to develop your calves buy the Calf Block - you won't be disappointed.

Excellent calf raise.

Over built, Ill be able to pick which grandkid gets this thing when I am gone. All they will have to do is add some more grip tape. The Calf Curve could easily be mistaken for a Rogue product. Even got the U-Cups. So now I am 100% locked into the movement. I am not worried about going full ROM. That bottom stretch is crazy. Just did 135 and my calves are still very sore. I would do 225 on the smith machine on some 2x4's and just not even the same workout. Either way if you want to train calves. I believe this is the best option on the market. Looking forward to the future with this company, can't wait to see what is next from these guys.

This thing is just about perfect. Better than anything else I could find. A little rubber under the feet would be perfect. I added some rubber tape. Now it's perfect.

Works perfectly with my rogue wall mount rack. Now I can use a barbell and not lose my balance or scratch up my rack.

Use this almost everyday as part of my pre run warm up and obvious calf work outs. Construction is well made, built tough, and love the sand grip texture. Able to get a good stretch of the hamstring. No wobbliness either. I am an endurance runner so calf raises are a must in injury prevention. Great product and would recommend
